Our booking process is NOT fully automated. We prefer it that way, in order to provide hands-on customer service during the entire process, to ensure we build the tour that is right for you

Booking Process:

FIRST:

Contact Borneo Bayu Adventure Office Via (E-mail or Phone) to check on availability & spots left

SECOND:

Fill out the booking form below, or we will send you an online from to fill out yourselves. If you have contacted us & filled out the form, we will contact you via E-mail/Phone about the availability

THIRD:

Review the Invoice, After Borneo Bayu Adventure receives the booking form, we will send out an invoice outlining the payments that need to be made. These can be made by check, bank draft, or bank-to-bank wire transfer. If unforseen circumstances were to change, please review our cancellation policy and keep in mind upon it's terms.

FOURTH:

Make a Deposit Payment of 30% . Important: Your space on the trip is only reserved once we receive your deposit payment AND the completed booking form. Follow the instructions on the invoice to make payment.
