Hailing from a small village in Kunak, Sabah, his deep-rooted connection with the forest began in childhood, inspired by days spent exploring the wild as a child and becoming a tour guide in more than 100+ places across Malaysia.
Today, with more than 4,000 clients+ guided through Malaysia’s rich and diverse ecosystems, Azmil is known not only for his expert knowledge of birds and wildlife but also for his warm, personal approach that makes every tour feel meaningful & personal.
His passion for nature, storytelling, and conservation shines through in every step he takes—making him more than a guide, but a true ambassador of Malaysia’s natural beauty.
